Returns & Exchanges

Dear valued customer,

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Our returns process is now operated through Royal Mail.

For a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order, please follow these steps:

1. Fill in the returns form that was included in your parcel and specify with a tick if you want an exchange or refund. If you have misplaced your return slip, you can generate a new one from your email order confirmation.

2. For exchanges, please write the replacement item's size, colour, and name. If available, we will send it free of charge.

3. Download your Tracked Returns Label Here and follow the instructions given. Please remember to ask for a receipt for your records. Follow the steps to get your QR code via email. The QR code provided will then be scanned, and a returns label will be printed for you. Alternatively, you can also print the label yourself.

4. Take your package to a post office - find your nearest one here.

5. Returns can take 2-3 working days to be delivered to us. We will then process your return within 10-14 days of receipt. You will receive an email confirming the return.

Please ensure that the items are returned in perfect saleable condition in their original packaging with the returns form (included in your delivery) as proof of purchase.

The charge to return to Always Love in the UK is £2.50 via the Royal Mail service. This amount shall be deducted from your refund.

Please note the following additional information regarding our returns policy:

- All full-price purchases must be returned within 14 days. Any purchases returned outside of these periods will be considered for a credit note or exchange.

- All faulty goods will be refunded, plus any shipping costs incurred. However, delivery costs will not be refunded on non-faulty items.

- If you decide to use your own service, the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of the goods is your responsibility. We suggest you use a recorded delivery service.

Returns and Exchange Policy for customers outside of the UK:

- It is the customer's responsibility to pay return postage, including all taxes and duties that are applicable.

- We cannot be held responsible for any damages or loss of items in transit, so we recommend that you gain proof of postage.

- International customers must clearly mark their return packages as "British Return Goods" with a domestic value of £0.00, as your returned items do not apply to duty once they reach the UK. Please ensure you mark your parcel with £0.00. Otherwise, Always Love will be charged customs duty, VAT, and a clearance fee on your return order. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

- Returned postage charges will only be refunded if the item is damaged or faulty. All faulty goods will be refunded, plus any shipping costs incurred.

- Please note that there are a few exceptions to our return policy. Items excluded from this policy are any special orders (personalized items), hats, hair accessories, makeup, skincare, fragrance (including home fragrance), and edible items such as chocolates. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

- Second's Sale items are already at fault and therefore sold as seen. The fault will be identified in the description. Please note that if the item is not suitable, please contact us at sarah@thecreativehut.co.uk.
