Welcome to the delivery page of Always Love.

We always strive to dispatch your orders within 3-5 working days. However, during seasonal trends and increased demand for certain items, there may be an extra day added to the dispatch. We try our best to ensure that our dispatch time is efficient and typically takes a 2-week lead time from the date of your order.

For deliveries within the UK, we offer two delivery options - UK Standard Delivery and UK Express Delivery. UK Standard delivery costs £3.99, and it is free on orders over £150. It aims to arrive within 2-4 working days once dispatched. On the other hand, UK Express Delivery costs £5.99, and it is our priority handling express delivery option. It aims to arrive within 1-2 working days once dispatched.

We understand that our customers are located worldwide, and therefore we also offer international delivery services. However, due to delays at customs and increased charges, some international deliveries are currently paused. For Europe, we have different zones, and delivery charges vary according to the location.

For Europe Zone 1, delivery charges are €15.00 and the shipment is tracked and signed via Royal Mail. However, there is a €150 limit on orders. The countries included in this zone are Ireland, Germany, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Italy.

For Europe Zone 2, the delivery charge is £35 and the shipment is tracked and signed for via DHL Express. The countries included in this zone are Andorra, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.

For the USA and Canada, the delivery charge is £25 and the service is tracked and signed via DHL Express.

For the rest of the world, the delivery charge is £35 and it is a tracked and signed premium service from DHL Express. The countries included in this zone are Australia, Singapore, South Africa, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Mexico, Israel, Japan, and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not listed, please get in touch with us for rates.

Please ensure that you input the receiver's telephone number to meet our requirements. Without it, the shipment may not be able to be shipped.

Please note that orders are shipped with duties and taxes payable to your country. As the buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duties, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.

We collect VAT beforehand in some circumstances in European countries partaking in the IOSS scheme. If your order does not amount to over the threshold of £130, taxes may not be charged on arrival. For the rest of the world, we do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. As an international customer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties, charges and procedures in your country before placing your order. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.

For pre-order delivery, please allow 1-2 weeks from the order for delivery of any item clearly stated at checkout as a 'pre-order.' We will always dispatch your purchase as soon as it arrives with us. If it looks like delivery will run over the 2-week period, which is usually a situation out of our hands, a member of the Always Love team will update you with an accurate delivery date. Please be assured that we always do our utmost to deliver the very best service possible.
